Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers, actively listen to their concerns, and assess vehicle needs
Explain repair and maintenance recommendations clearly, including cost estimates and service options
Write accurate service orders and coordinate with technicians to prioritize work and order parts
Track job progress, update customers on timelines, and ensure quality completion
Process payments, maintain detailed records, and handle follow-ups for satisfaction
Collaborate with the team to deliver efficient, high-quality service

Qualifications:

Previous service advisor experience required
Solid hands-on knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain technical details in simple terms
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
